Booking Policies

RATES

  • Rates are per Unit, per Night and includes Breakfast.
  • Rates are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) and include 14% VAT
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Children 10 years and younger stay free when occupying the parent/guardian’s room, using the bedding provided, and with prior arrangement. This excludes Breakfast which will be charged at an additional R 80 per child.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY

  • A deposit of 50% of the full value of the booking will be required to secure your reservation.
  • Bookings made within 7 days of arrival require full payment on booking.
  • Bookings are confirmed on date of receipt of the deposit.
  • The balance is payable on check-in.
  • Accepted payment methods : Bank Transfer, Visa & Master Credit Cards.
  • Regrettably no cheques or cash deposits will be accepted.
  • Shortening your stay ? If you know that you are changing your plan, please contact us as early as possible to minimize the charge by the hotel, as our standard Shorten Stay policy is subject to the whole booking period being charged.
  • Want to extend your stay ? Please check availability with us – full payment of the extended period will be due on confirmation.
  • If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the arrival date the entire reservation will be cancelled automatically and you will be charged the cost of the whole reservation. If you fail to check in on the first date but still continue your travel plan to stay at the hotel, please urgently contact us so that we can keep the room for you for the rest of the nights.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS POLICY

  • The 50% deposit is forfeited when cancelled within 30 x days or less prior to arrival.
  • Only written cancellations will be accepted.
  • Refunds for cancelled bookings will be effected within 7 days of receipt of cancellation notice.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 10am.
  • An early check-in or late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability & could incur additional charges.
  • We have facilities to store luggage before check-in or after checkout.
  • Please note all special requests will not be guaranteed as they are subject to availability upon your arrival to the hotel only.
  • We are Wheelchair accessible.
  • Additional Guests are not permitted to sleep over in the Rooms without prior approval from Management.
  • We reserve the right of Admission.
  • We do not accept bookings made by persons under the age of 18 years old.
  • We may update our Policies from time to time without prior notice and posted on our website.

SMOKING POLICY

  • In compliance with legislation, no smoking is allowed within the confines of the building. be levied should evidence of smoking in the unit or within the facility be found. A deep-cleaning fee of R 1,500 will automatically

PET POLICY

  • The House Quarters does not allow or accommodate pets.
  • Guide or Service Dogs are welcome.
